Me and my partner just recently bought a Hyundai coupe for her from Bedfordshire car sales and the service from start to finish from them was perfect, they kept us updated through the whole process and we're very transparent, we dealt with Dominic and George and both were very professional and nice people. We recently purchased an Astra SRI from BCS and were really impressed with the cars on show. We only wanted a run around for my Son but having viewed quite a few under £3000 we were beginning to lose hope we'd find something suitable and reliable. We were greeted by Dominic who gave us all the info we needed to all our questions. The Astra is great. We were supplied with the history and Dominic and his colleague were friendly and professional. The car has proved to be a great purchase and they did a good job of cleaning it too. We are happy and will definitely return to make future purchases.

It was easy to apply for a car and a car loan even with a bed credit history. My car dealer manager was Dominic who was always on the phone updating me how it goes with a car application. Yes, it took longer then I thought it could be. However, I have got a great car at the end with MOT, and 24 months Warranty. I have got the best deals on Warranty and my previous part car exchange. And even they could arrange the delivery of the old car if it's even a bit risky to drive to deliver for part exchange.

BCS team were amazing at keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Any questions i had were answered and dealt with in a timely fashion.
Dominic and George went out of there way to aid me in anyway that they could.
The car was as described in the ad, I was able to do a test drive and look the vehicle all over. During this visit there was no hoovering or pressure to buy, but any questions i had were answered straight away.
There was no pressure to buy or add things on once i did purchase a vehicle. They went above and beyond to help me with an unusual request with no qualms at all about it.
I would 100% recommend them again to anyone who needed a new car, or advice on how to get a new car.
They are also amazing at explaining and helping me to apply for finance to get a new vehicle.

Extremely good experience with this dealership. We did not end up purchasing the car, for no other reason than we found one in a different colour elsewhere which my son preferred. George could not have been any more professional and courteous, he took a small deposit on the car to view it, which I fully support as they are operating by appointment only during this pandemic and need to ensure customers are genuine and reliable. George advised this deposit would hold the car for us for one week, and would be offset against a purchase, or fully refunded if we changed our minds. True to his word, George refunded the deposit immediately and it was back in my bank the day after we contacted him to say we had decided on another car. During the viewing appointment George was willing to go through everything with us regarding the vehicle, we did not feel rushed or pressured at any time and I would certainly return in future. Thank you George.

Was a nice pressure free experience, was given the keys to have a look fairly soon after arriving, no pressure just told to ask any questions inside if we were unsure of something. Friendly staff, decent price. Just hope the car will be worth the money and won't have issues. Based on the experience we had so far I would recommend a visit, didn't come across as trying to swindle you. Were honest when answering questions. So just hope it's smooth sailing from here

Bedfordshire Car Sales have friendly and helpfully staff. You can have a friendly chat with them. After a bad experience with another car dealer, I chose these guys and they had the kind of vehicles, I were interested in. I had no issues with test driving any of the vehicles and BCS were happy to allow it, with no pressure on buying. BCS have many cars for sale and at very reasonable prices. On selecting a vehicle, there were a small thing that needed to be done but Bedford Car Sales, didn't have any issue resolving this and with no extra charge.

All worked out well and service were very good.
